We aim to give a friendly and professional service to all our patients. However, if you have any concerns about any aspect of our service, please let us know.
Speak to whomever you feel most comfortable – your GP or our reception staff – who will be happy to help. If you wish you can write to the practice at Harrogate Road Surgery (for the attention of Patient Liaison Officer). In the majority of cases, concerns can be resolved quite easily.
NHS England also operates a Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) which can often help resolve any problems before they become formal complaints. To speak to a PALS officer ring 0800 052 5270.
However if you feel we have not dealt with the issues you have raised as you would wish you can contact NHS England for complaints about primary care services (GPs, dentists, opticians or pharmacists). NHS England also commissions military health services and some other specialised services. To contact NHS England:
- email email@example.com with “For the attention of the complaints team” in the subject line
- phone 0300 311 22 33
- use the British Sign Language service
