We aim to give a friendly and professional service to all our patients. However, if you have any concerns about any aspect of our service, please let us know.

Speak to whomever you feel most comfortable – your GP or our reception staff – who will be happy to help. If you wish you can write to the practice at Harrogate Road Surgery (for the attention of Patient Liaison Officer). In the majority of cases, concerns can be resolved quite easily.

If you wish to pass on feedback or wish to complain, you can write a letter to us or email us on [email protected]

However if you do not wish to complain to the practice, you can contact West Yorkshire ICB for complaints about primary care services (GPs, dentists, opticians or pharmacists).
