National GP Survey Results 2025

Every year there is a GP practice survey, which is one of the tools used to “measure” us and our practice. This year our results are very good and we score above the national average in most of the indicators and in most cases, our scores have improved on last year.

Our full results can be found below, but we are particularly pleased to see:

  • Helpfulness of reception and administrative team at this practice: 91% (national average 83%)
  • Overall experience : 82% (national average 75%) . Last year we scored 68% (national average was 74%)
  • Experience at last appointment: we score well above average in 5 out of 6 indicators

We would like to thank all the patients who took part in the survey and to all our staff for making our practice a better place for our patients.
