We have been trialling Telephone Assistant to support patients with their PATCHS requests over the phone. At the end of the trial period, we have found that less than a third of patients who started with Telephone Assistant completed their request. From 4th of November, you will still be able to call and speak to our reception team, but the Telephone Assistant feature will no longer be available.
If you can complete your request online via PATCHS, please do this, to allow our reception team to support patients who either can’t access or are not able to complete the PATCHS form online. PATCHS can be accessed via the NHS App or the practice website: https://www.northleedsmedicalpractice.nhs.uk/
