St Gemma’s Outpatient groups

Our colleagues at St Gemma’s Hospice have recently managed to reopen the St Gemma’s Outpatient groups after the pandemic. These are open to anyone with a palliative diagnosis even when otherwise not known to the St Gemma’s community team. The aim of the groups is to engage early with patients and their families on their palliative journey, give them information or signpost them to support and information, and to provide them with tools to live well during the time they have, for as long as they can.

As soon as we get details of these sessions, we will cascade the availability of the sessions out as widely as possible.
