The INCLUDE study: Development of methods to identify digitally excluded older people, and tailoring of interventions to meet their digital needs

  • We are currently interviewing a range of older people about their digital use and experiences of being online, or not. We are also reviewing the published literature to see what types of digital support appear to be effective.  We have talked to providers of digital support services across the region about how they support older people to get online.
